At Suriname Vakantiehuizen, we believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our platform ensures that both hosts and guests have a clear understanding of costs, making the booking process straightforward and trustworthy.
Hosts can list their properties at competitive rates, with no surprise charges. Guests can book with confidence, knowing that the price they see is the price they pay. Join us for a hassle-free booking experience where transparency is paramount.
To list your property, simply create a free account and go to your dashboard. Click on “My Listings > Add New” and fill in all required details about your space, including photos, pricing, and amenities. Once submitted, your listing will be reviewed and published.
Guests pay online at the time of booking. Once the reservation is confirmed, we hold the payment securely and release it to you after guest check-in, based on our payout schedule. You’ll receive payments via your selected payout method.
To feature your property for more visibility, go to your dashboard, select your listing, and click “Upgrade to Featured.” You’ll be guided through the payment process. Featured listings are shown more prominently across the platform.
If a booking is canceled within the allowed cancellation window, you can request a refund directly from your dashboard or contact our support team. Refunds are processed according to our cancellation and refund policy.
To become a host, sign up for a free account and go to “Dashboard > My Listings > Add New.” Follow the steps to add your first property, and you’ll be ready to start hosting guests.
Once a reservation is confirmed, you can communicate with guests directly through the built-in messaging system in your dashboard under the “Messages” tab.
You’ll receive your earnings via your preferred payout method after the guest checks in. You can manage or update your payout details in the “Payouts” section of your dashboard.
Go to your “Reservations” tab in the dashboard, select the reservation you want to cancel, and click “Cancel.” Make sure to review our cancellation policy before proceeding, as cancellation terms may affect your payout.
